Developing Affordable Housing in Champaign-Urbana

Homestead Corporation is a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) dedicated to providing access to decent, reasonably priced housing for residents of the Champaign-Urbana area with inadequate resources. Since 1993, Homestead Corporation has provided dozens of families and single residents with reasonably-priced, well-maintained homes through our housing programs, and we continue to explore new ways to meet the diverse and ongoing housing needs of area residents.
